2 Publication RightsThe model grants the photographer the right to publish the photographs in any form for non-commercial purposes or for self-promotion (advertising) in and via all media.Explicitly granted is the publication on the photographer's websites (k-hi.net, fotografie4frankfurt.de, photographie4frankfurt.de, girl4model.de, etc.), publication at competitions and for exhibits and their corresponding catalogs, in photographical and artistic almanacs and on non-commercial and free-of-charge websites which are dedicated to the fostering and support of photography or the creative arts; usage on fotocommunity.de, fotocommunity.com and flickr.com/Yahoo are additionally explicitly allowed. The photographer is also allowed to further process the images for presentations, i. e. to crop them, mix color and change contrast or to creatively alienate them and to brand them with the website name(s) and icons, as long as the good reputation of the model is not affected. The photographer commits himself to donate the model a sufficient amount of images in digital form (CD, DVD, or download). These may be used for self-promotion (advertisement) when at least the website of the photographer is mentioned along ("http://www.k-hi.net") or if they are used privately. An additional specification of the photographer as "Klaus Hildner Photography" is desired. Commercial use of the photographs by the photographer or the model is excluded, however it may be authorized by an additional written contract which further defines the financial profit sharing on bilateral agreement. 3 Data Protection / Individual RightsIf so desired, the photographer keeps the secret of the name, address and other important data of the model and in particular does not publish them.The photographer and the model agree on the pseudonym
