1 Vertragszweck
Zweck des Vertrags ist die Einräumung der Veröffentlichungsrechte
für alle Fotos, die

2 Veröffentlichungsrechte
Das Modell räumt dem Fotografen das Recht ein,
die angefertigten Aufnahmen in jeder beliebigen Form
zu nicht gewerblichen Zwecken oder zur Eigenwerbung
in und auf allen Medien zu veröffentlichen.
Erlaubt sind insbesondere die Veröffentlichung auf den Websites des Fotografen
(k-hi.net, fotografie4frankfurt.de, photographie4frankfurt.de, girl4model.de, etc.),
Veröffentlichungen bei Wettbewerben und in Ausstellungen
und den dazugehörigen Ausstellungskatalogen,
in Fotografie- und Kunst-Jahrbüchern
und auf nicht gewerblichen und nicht kostenpflichtigen Websites,
die sich der Pflege und Förderung der Fotografie oder der bildenden Kunst widmen;
eine Verwendung auf fotocommunity.de, fotocommunity.com und flickr.com/Yahoo
sind ausdrücklich ebenfalls erlaubt.
Es ist dem Fotografen ausserdem erlaubt, die Bilder für eine Präsentation
auf beliebige Art weiterzuverarbeiten, also zu beschneiden, Farbe und Kontrast abzumischen
oder kreativ zu entfremden und mit dem Branding der Webseite(n) zu versehen,
soweit dabei das gute Ansehen des Modells keinen Schaden nimmt.
Der Fotograf verpflichtet sich, dem Modell ausreichend Bilder in digitaler Form
(CD, DVD oder Download) zur Verfügung zu stellen.
Diese dürfen zur Eigenwerbung unter zumindest der Nennung der Webseite des Fotografen
("http://www.k-hi.net") oder privat genutzt werden.
Eine zusätzliche Nennung des Fotografen als "Klaus Hildner Fotografie" ist erwünscht.
Eine gewerbliche Verwertung der Fotografien
durch den Fotografen oder das Modell wird ausgeschlossen,
kann aber durch schriftliche Vereinbarung gegen Gewinnbeteiligung
später im gegenseitigen Einverständnis authorisiert werden.
3 Datenschutz / Persönlichkeitsrechte
Der Fotograf bewahrt über Namen, Anschrift und andere wichtige Daten des Modells
auf Wunsch Stillschweigen
und gibt diese insbesondere nicht zu Veröffentlichungszwecken weiter.
Fotograf und Modell vereinbaren das Pseudonym
für das Modell, das im Zusammenhang mit der Veröffentlichung der Fotos genutzt werden soll.

2 Derechas de la Publicación
El modelo concede a fotógrafo la derecha de publicar las fotografías en cualquier forma
para los propósitos no comerciales o para la uno mismo-promocio'n (publicidad) en
y vía todos los medios.
Se concede explícitamente la publicación en los Web site del fotógrafo
(k-hi.net, fotografie4frankfurt.de, photographie4frankfurt.de, girl4model.de, etc.),
la publicación en las competiciones y para los objetos expuestos
y sus catálogos correspondientes,
en almanacs fotográficos y artísticos
y en no comercial y libre-de-cargan los Web site que se dedican a fomentar
y a la ayuda de la fotografía o de los artes creativos;
el uso en fotocommunity.de, fotocommunity.com y flickr.com/Yahoo
se permiten además explícitamente.
Se permite al fotógrafo también procesar más lejos las imágenes para las presentaciones,
es decir para cosechar las, color de la mezcla y contraste del cambio o creativo
para enajenarlos y para calificarlos con el name(s) y los iconos del Web site,
mientras la buena reputación del modelo no se afecta.
El fotógrafo se confía para donar el modelo a la suficiente cantidad de imágenes
en la forma digital (CD, DVD, o transferencia directa).
Éstos se pueden utilizar para la uno mismo-promocio'n (anuncio)
cuando por lo menos el Web site del fotógrafo se menciona adelante (http://www.k-hi.net)
o si se utilizan privado.
Una especificación adicional del fotógrafo como fotografía de Klaus Hildner se desea.
El uso comercial de las fotografías por el fotógrafo o el modelo se excluye,
no obstante puede ser autorizado por un contrato escrito adicional que defina más lejos
la distribución de beneficios financiera en el acuerdo bilateral.
3 Protección De los Datos/Las Derechas Individuales
Si está deseado tan, el fotógrafo guarda el secreto del nombre,
dirección y otros datos importantes del modelo y en detalle no lo publican.
El fotógrafo y el modelo convienen en el seudónimo
para el modelo que será utilizado en el contexto de la publicación de las fotos.

2 Publication Rights
The model grants the photographer the right
to publish the photographs in any form
for non-commercial purposes or for self-promotion (advertising)
in and via all media.
Explicitly granted is the publication on the photographer's websites
(k-hi.net, fotografie4frankfurt.de, photographie4frankfurt.de, girl4model.de, etc.),
publication at competitions and for exhibits
and their corresponding catalogs,
in photographical and artistic almanacs
and on non-commercial and free-of-charge websites
which are dedicated to the fostering and support of photography or the creative arts;
usage on fotocommunity.de, fotocommunity.com and flickr.com/Yahoo
are additionally explicitly allowed.
The photographer is also allowed to further process the images for presentations,
i. e. to crop them, mix color and change contrast
or to creatively alienate them and to brand them with the website name(s) and icons,
as long as the good reputation of the model is not affected.
The photographer commits himself to donate the model a sufficient amount of images
in digital form (CD, DVD, or download).
These may be used for self-promotion (advertisement)
when at least the website of the photographer is mentioned along ("http://www.k-hi.net")
or if they are used privately.
An additional specification of the photographer as "Klaus Hildner Photography" is desired.
Commercial use of the photographs
by the photographer or the model is excluded,
however it may be authorized by an additional written contract
which further defines the financial profit sharing
on bilateral agreement.
3 Data Protection / Individual Rights
If so desired, the photographer keeps the secret of the name,
address and other important data of the model
and in particular does not publish them.
The photographer and the model agree on the pseudonym
for the model which shall be used in the context of publication of the photos.
